The staff are wonderful, polite and proactive. The breakfast buffet has delicious croissants. The location is excellent, near the train station and shopping center. The room is clean and beautifully designed. Toiletries are by a reputable brand.

We were thrilled with our stay at Grand Victoria. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bed and a modern glass-walled bathroom. The complimentary espresso and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel's location, although slightly away from downtown, was convenient with a nearby shopping mall and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Eastern and Western options, and the free fruit, tea, and snacks in the room were a pleasant surprise. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the pool being closed during our stay and the restaurants being closed for private functions, overall we had a wonderful experience at Grand Victoria.

There was no wifi signal in the rooms. For dinner we chose la festa restaurant, that was 100 feet from the hotel...

Feng Food, which can be found only 1000 ft away, was a fast option. Such city attractions as miramar ferris wheel were close to this hotel:)))

We loved the convenient location near the subway and the Miramar Ferris wheel. The shopping center nearby was a bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and beautifully designed. The toiletries provided by L'Occitane added a touch of luxury. The breakfast had a great variety of options.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located beside the Miramar Ferris Wheel and a shopping center. The hotel is in a good locality and not crowded. The room was clean and beautifully designed.
